| Research Abstract |
本計画研究では、相互作用する脳の情報創成におけるカオス的遍歴の役割を明らかにすることでコミュニケーションにおける脳活動の動的状態を解明することを目的とした。本計画研究では、 [1] 脳内ヘテロシステム間相互作用系、[2]ヘテロ力学系ネットワーク系、[3] ランダム力学系の三系からなる方法論によって研究を実施してきた。
本年度は、以下の研究成果がそれぞれの系であがった。
１．前頭眼野、側頭葉、視覚野と大脳辺縁系、マイネルト核との長距離相互作用の欠損、特にニコチン性のアセチルコリン受容体α7の欠損によって視覚野の視野の一部に幻覚が生じる数理モデルを構築し、カオス的遍歴によるアトラクター遷移が起きなくなることが幻覚の数理機構であるという仮説を提案した。
２．脳内にヘテロなネットワークモジュールが構築される数理モデルを提案し、ヘテロ相互作用の意義の一端を明らかにし、コミュニケーションにおいてヘテロ性が担う役割を明らかにした。
３．B班公募班であるローレンス班との共同研究において、ラットが探索における熟慮行動を起こす時の海馬神経活動を解析し、複数の力学系の切り替え確率が時間的に変化する発展型切り替え写像系が良いモデルになることを明らかにした。
