| Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
1) 社会的相互作用場面における共感の認知・神経機構の作用様態の解明（亀田・樋口）： 他者との対面状況での痛みの共有について、情動ストレスの指標として指尖容積脈波を用いた心理物理学的実験を行うことで、共有プロセスの動態と共有を促進する要因を明らかにした。この実験プロトコルを拡張し、菊水班、渡邊班と共同で、ヒトとマウスの2つの実験系で使用可能な共通の実験プラットフォームを開発した。また、他者との競合場面における視点取得の働きについて、マッチングペニーゲームを遂行中の被験者の脳機能画像計測(fMRI)を行い、他者のもつ信念に関する内部モデルをコードする脳部位として、右側頭頭頂接合野(right temporo-parietal junction: RTPJ)の関与を明らかにした。
2) 共感性を通じたヒトの社会的ニッチ構築の解明（山岸・清成）：400名前後の被験者のそれぞれに対して、囚人のジレンマゲーム、信頼ゲーム、最後通牒ゲーム、独裁者ゲーム、社会的ジレンマゲームなどの多様な実験ゲームをテストバッテリーとして課し、共感性や協力行動を通底する共通の行動次元を検討した。村山班と共同でオキシトシン、バソプレシン、ドーパミン、セロトニン等のレセプターと関連する遺伝子多型の解析を、上記被験者の唾液サンプルに基づき進めた。現在までのところ、OXTRのrs53576の多型が男性に関しては信頼ゲームにおける信頼行動と関連していることを確認した。またバソプレシンに関連するAVPR1Aは、信頼行動とよりも、いくつかのゲームにおける協力行動ないし利他行動と関連することが示唆された。

Reason
行動・認知・生理実験については当初の予想を上回る形で進行している。今年度の初めから脳機能画像計測を担当するポスドクを雇用し、fMRI実験についての遅れを取り戻し、当初計画どおりの軌道に復している。

当初計画通りに推進する。同時に、数理情報学の研究者とのコラボレーションを通じて、計算モデルに立脚する脳機能画像計測実験を行う。
