Research Abstract

1.生体関連分子の速度分解ペニングイオン化電子分光
本研究では、アダマンタン類を測定対象分子とし、速度分解ペニングイオン化電子分光法を用いて励起原子と分子との相互作用の異方性に関する情報を得た。アダマンタンは抗ウィルス薬として用いられているなど重要な生体分子であり、製薬におけるコンピューターシミュレーションで必要とされる分子間相互作用ポテンシャルに重要な知見が得られた。また、アダマンタンに臭素を付加した化合物における相互作用の異方性と電子密度分布の相関を見いだした。
2.ペニングイオン化電子分光法による電子相関バンドの帰属
2および3臭化チオフェンのイオン化状態の計算に基づき、ペニングイオン化電子スペクトルに見られる電子相関バンドの帰属について情報を得た。特に本研究では衝突速度分解測定を併用することで、電子相関バンドの帰属をほぼ確定的にすることが出来た。また、同様に、二硫化炭素のペニングイオン化電子スペクトルに見られる電子相関バンドや超励起原子から放出された電子に由来するバンドの帰属を提案した。
3.ハロゲン原子との分子内水素結合
臭素や塩素と水酸基を有する分子の分子内水素結合による軌道反応性と部分イオン化断面積の衝突エネルギー依存性を測定した。また、励起ヘリウム原子を価電子配置の同じリチウム原子で代用することで相互作用ポテンシャル面を計算し、立体反応ダイナミクスについて検討した。
以上の成果を、既に学術雑誌に発表した。
