Research Abstract

(1)Research Process and Points of Analysis 1)Comprehensive analysis of the following two kinds of surveys conducted in different districts in Japan (1)Fact finding survey concerning learners learning conditions (2)Fact finding survey concerning the learning assistance provided S(LAP) roles 2)Describing representative patterns of learning process of the learners 3)Describing representative patterns of learning assistanse provided by LAPs 4)Proposing the theoretical model and directions of networking system of LAP 5)Completion and distribution of the final report
(2)Results and the Research 1)We found that the learning need of people expected from LAPs differs according to the different leaning stage and dimensions ex. information giving and introduction to various learning opportunities are critical before the commitment to learning activity, however, advisory consultation is needed in the process of learning activity. The coordinating function of human interaction is also seeked as a vital part of learning activity. 2)We found present conditions concerning mutual assistance and cooperation conducted by LAP in various learning situation We also found how LAPs feel about the necessity of mutual assistance and cooperation among themselves and other education related staff. 3)According to the Graph theory, we found that it is possible to propose the model for networking of LAPS. 4)We found that "everyday-human interaction" was the key element for networking system of LAPS. We also found present conditions and characteristics concerning how the "everyday-human interaction" works for networking process. 5)We proposed several types of networking system model of LAPs.
