Research Abstract |
(電気生理学的研究) 微小ガラス電極を使用し、モルモットの内リンパ嚢から直流電位を記録し、その性質夜知るために無酸素負荷・各種薬物の内リンパ嚢直流電位(ESP)に対する影響を調べた。 1)ESPには酸素依存性および非依存性の部分が存在した。 2)抗アルドステロン放であるカンレノ酸により、ESPは量依存性に低下を示した。 3)炭酸脱水酵素阻害剤であるアセタゾラマイドにより、ESPは量依存性に低下を示したが、大量ではその効果は飽和した。 4)カテコ-ルアミンはβ作用により、ESPを量依存性に低下させた。 5)ESPの酸素依存性の部分、アセタゾラマイドおよびカテコ-ルアミンにより低下する2成分より成り立っていた。 (形態学的研究) 正常マウス内リンパ嚢における超微形態学的観察と高分子物質輸送の観察を行った。 1)マウス内リンパ嚢はモルモットと同様に、近位部・中間部・遠位部の3部位に分けることができた。 2)中間部上皮細胞は、その超微形態により2種類に分類できた。一つはミトコンドリア・微繊毛・被覆小胞・空胞・ライソゾ-ムに富む細胞であり、もう一つはこれらに乏しい細胞である。 3)マウス内リンパ嚢には、孔あき型毛細血管と、閉じた毛細血管が分布しており、孔あき型毛細血管の方が多く、内リンパ嚢上皮細胞の直下に存在する傾向にあった。両者の毛細血管とも高分子物質(HRP)に透過性をもっており、内リンパ嚢上皮特に中間部上皮は高分子物質を基底側から取り込むと考えられた。
