Research Abstract |
In the beginning our research looked into "the turn of industrial instructure and the reorganization of regional labor market" but aimed at "administration and labor relations","the reorganization of labor market and control of Jinushisei-Kyodotai", and "the mutual regulating relation between the state as the promoter of Shokusan Kogyo and the regional society" in process. And then we conceived the instructural alteration of Okaya-region as the instructural alteration of regional society following on promotion of silk thread industry in line with the national policy. Along this conception our research is going now to pursue next problem that the instructure of regional society Okaya was changed largely according as silk thread industry is taken light in the development o f the national policy and changed into the munitions industry along with progress of military system, although it is held an important position as far as it is beneficial for the accumulation of national capital.
