| Research Abstract |
初年度に装置の大半は完成し、目的通りに作動することが明らかとなったので、最終年度は、初年度に実用化した装置の最終調整を行うと同時に、種々の試料を用いて、システムがうまく動くかどうかを詳細に検討した。その結果は、充分に満足のいくものであった。
1.cagedカルシウムを含むグリセリン筋を用いて、弛緩から収縮への移行過程を追うことに成功した。
2.cagedADPを含む血小板を用いて、ADP刺激後の構造変化を追うことに成功した。
3.cagedIP3を含むプルキンエ細胞を用いて、IP3レセプターを持つ小胞の構造変化を追うことに成功した。
