Research Abstract	ギブスモデルを用いた空間データの統計的推測理論の研究という中心課題の遂行に向けて、今年度の研究では特に次ぎの様な成果が得られた。まず代表者の間瀬は様々な数値的困難を持つ最尤推定量に代わる最大疑似尤度推定量に関し、すでに代表者により得られていたエルゴード的な場合の強一致性を、ギブス分布のエルゴード分解定理を用い、エルゴード性を仮定することなく証明することが出来た。また全世界的な影響を持つことが知られ熱帯地域の降雨量を衛星搭載のレーダー観測から推定する際に使われているしきい値法と呼ばれる方法の理論的解析をマーク付き点過程モデルを用いて行ない、最良のしきい値を求める方法を提案することに成功した。これらは今春の数学会で発表される予定である。また微分方程式(特にディフュージョン型)の数値解法により現実世界に現れる様々な空間パターンを生成するとともに、説明する試みでも分担者西浦・宇佐美によりいくつかの興味ある結果が得られ公表された。また分担者の西井は推定量の漸近的な分布を数値的に求める際の基礎となる展開公式を研究した。また分担者の西井・桑田は大域的な空間データの最適な観測計画の決定に有用ないくつかの実験計画法の研究を行ない、公表されたような興味ある結果を得ることに成功した。また分担者の正法地は疫学的データの空間的時間的変化に関するいくつかのデータの収集を行ない、いくつかの予備的な検討を行なった。
