| Research Abstract |
射影部分多様体の幾何構造の研究はある種のカルタン接続の同値問題の研究として普遍性を持つ。この観点から2つの研究集会を開催した。1つは、接触幾何学に関連する話題を取り上げた。講演題目を挙げる。Monge-Ampere equationsの幾何(森本徹-京教大)、3次元ミンコフスキー空間の中の擬球面の特徴付けについて(瀧山晃弘-北大)、接触多様体、Twistor理論と微分方程式の幾何(佐藤肇-名大)、Quadratic Poisson structureについて(中西靖忠-岐阜経済大)、Lie sphere geometryにおける曲線と曲面(山田敦子-名大)、On smooth Sp(2,R)-actions on S^4(向山一男-都立航空高専)、もう1つの集会は幾何構造全般を巡るものであり、満渕俊樹(阪大):ケーラー幾何と情報幾何,宮岡礼子(東工大):Lagrangean contact structure,森本徹:Essays in Nilpotent Geometry and Analysis,佐々木武(神戸大):アファイン閉曲線の変曲点,佐藤肇:Twistor理論と微分方程式,志磨裕彦(山口大):Hessian領域の幾何学-level surfaces,gradient maps,Hamiltonian systems,山口佳三(北大):背足の定理とその応用,の講演を行なった。
これ以外にシンプレクティック幾何、リーマン幾何にかかわる研究交流3件に旅費援助を行なった。また、山下正勝によるDFダイアグラムの変形についての連続講義(於神戸大)をお願いした。
