Research Abstract |
This study tries to examine the de-regulation policy of the U.S.information industry and the structure of international specialization between hardware industry and software industry in U.S-Asia Pacific. My conclusion is two point of the special quality. One is that we cannot analyze the U.S.information industry by the theory of competitive market and in 1990's the U.S.Information Industry is transforming to the monopolistic industry under the de-regulation policy. This is due to the process of innovation under the U.S.big and venture business competition and the U.S.information policy. Two is the U.S.Information policy spurs the competitiveness of the U.S.InformationIndustry but until now, it cannot recovery the surplus in information electronics industry to the Asian Pacific countries and it caused to the U.S.enterprise structure. But my research dose not complete because of this industry's intensified changingin 1990s, and I cannot conclude.
