Research Abstract |
The research was executed according to the following plans. (1) Proposal of input method of three dimension curve / Making of input device for trial purpose /Evaluation experiment. (2) Proposal of detection method of worker's characteristic / Making of detection device for trial purposes / Evaluation experiment. (3) Proposal of detection method of skill degree and evaluation method / evaluation experiment with experimental device. (4) Experiment of proposal and evaluation on skill degree corresponding interface. Three dimension curve input method used with the Computer Aided Design system was proposed, the device was made for trial purposes, and accuracy and the processing speed were evaluated. The error of about 5mm was caused for the length of the curve of 300mm concerning accuracy. ich the worker had input by it was experssed method was confirmed to being able to demonstrate the same ability as the skill person even by an immature person. The evaluation method is different because the skill degree is evaluated by the work result and the work process, etc.at each work. If the skill degree relates to the tiredness degree, the skill degree can be presumed based on the tiredness degree. Therefore, this evaluation method can use any work. It is necessary to measure physiology information to presume the tiredness degree. The proposal of the detection method of physiology information which did not become a load of work and the measurement device were made for trial purposes. The relation between physiology information and the mental tiredness degree was clarified by the experiment. The simulator of work to require skilling was developed and the experiment by which the C/D value of the interface was changed according to worker's skill degree while working was done. Working hours shortened maintaining the work result when the testee was a skill person. The effectiveness of the proposed technique was confirmed by the skill degree's having improved further by using this technique. Less
