Research Abstract |
The research project has been carried out according to the scheme specified at first. The obtained results are as follows. Concerning the electric field generated from electric power systems and the induction current through a human body caused by this field, analytical calculations on the current distribution through a model of the body were carried out and the results of the analysis were shown in good agreement with experimental results. Also, induction current density through a spherical model of the human body and effects of the non-uniformity of the magnetic flux density to the induced electric field in the model have been clarified. With regard to the magnetic field with power frequency, magnetic fields in and outside a gas insulated transmission line of single phase and three phases configurations were investigated experimentally taking into account the eddy current. were compared with the theoretical analysis. Also, environment of the magnetic field near the electric power apparatus and its improvement were investigated. Concerning the interference due to the noise by corona discharge, Walsh transform was applied to the waveform of the corona discharge and obtained spectrum was investigated. The spectrum has shown in good correlation with the deterioration of the insulation oil. This result shows that this method is effective for the diagnosis of the deterioration of the insulating oil. Moreover, the site location of the corona discharge in insulation oil using radiated electromagnetic wave were investigated and it has been shown that this method is useful for the diagnosis of the insulation deterioration in oil. The Image processing technique has been applied in the analysis of the progressing of the corona discharge in air under DC high voltage. The results show that this method is very useful for the analysis of the progressing of the corona under the environmental condition of air flow. The assessment of the environment for corona discharge with different conditions of air flow was investigated. Also, the chaos theory was applied in the analysis of the corona discharges and confirmed its effectiveness. Less
