| Research Abstract |
平成8年度には128XP10EXLを改良して増幅器をグレードアップし、高周波の12-15MHzの帯域を有する装置にした。更に2-15MHzの周波数を発信する振動子を作製した。また、単一振動子を用いて動物と人の骨の表面および内部を映像化することをこころみた。単一振動子による骨内部の映像化について成功したので1997年8月の国際学会において発表する予定である。電子走査型の12-15MHz振動子による骨と腱および周囲の運動器官の描出をこころみた。リアルタイムに骨の内部の構造を2/3程度認識することができた。軟骨は完全に描出することができ、腱の動きをリアルタイムに映像として認識できた。ただし、靱帯を認識することはできなかったので、この映像化を行うための装置の改良が必要である。最終目標としての関節の構造を超音波像として、臨床診断に利用できる可能性を探るために、動物(犬)を用いた各種関節の画像を得ることにしている。
