| Research Abstract |
本年度は、本研究の最終年度である。以下のものについて,すべての系統樹の図の入力を行った。齋藤が担当したのはMolecular Phylogenetics and Evolutionは1992年(第1巻)〜1997年(第8巻),Molecular Biology and Evolutionは1983年(第1巻)〜1998年(第15巻),Journal of Molecular Evolutionは1993年(第36巻)〜1998年(第46巻),田村が担当したのは遺伝学雑誌/Genes and Genetic Systemsが1981年(第56巻)〜1997年(第72巻),Geneticsが1980年(第95巻)〜1997年(第146巻),Zoological Scienceが1984年(第1巻)〜1997年(第14巻),今西が担当したのはNatureが1991年(第349巻)〜1995年(第376巻),Scienceが1991年(第254巻)〜1995年(第267巻),PNASが1991年(第88巻)〜1995年(第92巻),伊藤が担当したしたのはAmerican Journal of Botanyが1988年(第75巻)〜1997年(第84巻),Evolutionが1990年(第44巻)〜19956年(第50巻),Systematic Botanyが1990年(第15巻)〜1995年(第20巻)である。この系統樹データベース“Jungle"は齋藤が本科研費で購入したワークステーションに移して集中管理しており,WWWですでに公開している(URL=http://smiler.lab.nig.ac.jp/jungle/ungle.html)。著者名,論文名,図の題名などのテキストを検索する子システムを現在準備中である。CDROMでも配布する予定である。
