Research Abstract	平成7年度は、以下の各課題により、放送映像とのリアルタイム結合を可能とするハイパーメディアの基本システムを開発した。 (1)対象物や構成部品全てを「オブジェクト」として定義、画像認識技術に基づく柔軟な操作や加工、データベース化を実現し、またそれらのオブジェクトの間に、リアルタイムな判断による情報結合を可能とするハイパーメディアシステムの基本構造を開発した。 (2)放送映像中のカラーセグメントを抽出し、その属性、配置、相互関係、動き等をベースに、所望の映像の種類やシーン様相を記述する言語と、それに基づく放送シーンのモデルセットとを開発し、さらに放送番組の構成モデルの援用による認識確度向上手法を併用して、これによる自動認識を行ない、ハイパーメディアのノードとして「今放送された情報」をも扱うことのできるリアルタイムリンク機能の実現方式を開発した。 (3)上記の方式を、本年度購入した映像処理ワークステーション上に実装、そのプラットホームを用いていくつかのユーザ主導のハイパーメディアシステムを実験的に作成した。次に、計上のビデオインタフェース装置により、ニュース、天気予報、スポーツ等のTV映像の代表的な放送シーンを入力し、ユーザが指定する情報とのリアルタイムリンクが所望の形で実現されるかの評価実験を行ない、当初目的の性能が得られることを確認した。
