Research Abstract |
In this research on Lorenz von Stein's Influence on Meiji Constitution and legal systems take I first the problem of "Iwakura Mission" before researching "Lorenz-von-Stein-Nachlabeta" (Archive of Lorenz von Stein). Second trace I a study of european Constitutions by Hirobumi Ito and his mission in Austria and Germany through analyzing their letters. After this analyze I especially the letters of Jun Kawashima and Renkichi Watanabe in "Lorenz-von-Stein Nachlabeta" and study the articles on L.v.Stein, Stein's Archives in Japan and Germany. As a result of this Research recognize I that L.v.Stein makes contact with many people of many disciplines in Japan, he makes influence on making of Meiji Constitution, educational and military systems of Japanwhile he himself lies in Wien, he makes also contact with unknown People in Japan. But I cannot research fully the Act of following the knowledges on european Constitutions in Austria and Germany through analyzing theirletters in Stein's Archives. This Problem is for me the future Theme.
