| Research Abstract |
ラット尿中カルボキシペプチダーゼY様キンナーゼ阻害薬をSD系SPFラットでおこしたPOLA-食塩高血圧に,処置開始時より連日投与(5mg/kg/12時間)すると,高血圧の発症を完全に予防することができた。対照として用いた中性エンドペプチダーゼの阻害薬のthiorphanのプロドラッグであるBP102を用いると,同様に降圧がみとめられたが,その程度はラット尿中カルボキシペプチダーゼY様キンナーゼ阻害薬エベラクトンBに比べ弱かった。これに対し,マンギオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬リジノプリル(5mg/kg/12時間)を投与しても降圧は全くみられなかった。尿中ナトリウム排せつから飲水,エサから摂取したナトリウム量をさしひいた値を求めると,BP102,エベラクトンB投与例で有意に低値を示した。血清中,ズイ液中,赤血球中のナトリウム濃度をしらべると,BP102,エベラカトンB投与例で有意に位置を示すことが判明した。心理もエベラクトンB,BP102投与例で降 効果を反影して明らかに低値を示した。
