Research Abstract

A.Estimation of ureteral pressure in intramural ureter of children resulted the following :
(1) There is no difference of functional intramural ureteral length and pressure between refluxing ureter and non-refluxing ureter.
(2) Non-functional submucosal ureter of refluxing ureter is longer than that of non refluxing ureter.
These evidences conceive that the impotrance of submucosal tunnel for prohibiting vesicoureteral reflux.
B.Infants with vesicoureteral reflux and without any infravesical obstruction often have vestiges of fetal infravesical obstruction clinically.
