| Research Abstract |
1公的預金機関の機能の理論的分析を主題とする論文Bank Runs and Public Institutions in the Competitive Deposit Marketを金融学会等で発表し、滋賀大学のWorking Paper Series No.41として刊行した。公的預金機関は、預金仲介を通して、預金者間の協調の失敗を回避し、同時に、競争的預金市場の誘因効果を維持できることが示された。上記発表、および、論文Equilibria and Public Institutions in the Financial Intermediary Market(金融学会(1995)にて発表)の要約と討論は、「金融経済研究」の最新号に掲載予定である。
2貸付市場における公的主体の機能を分析した旧稿Hysteresis and the Government in the Competitive Loan Marketを動学化した。一時的複数均衡の存在が不均衡動学を基礎付けること(Multiple Equilibria,Animal Spirits,and Disequilibrium Dynamics,mimeo.1997)、実物模型に金融仲介を導入することで景気の内生的循環が説明できること(Financial Cycles,mimeo.1997(共著))などが示された。この枠組みを用いて、景気変動下での公的金融の機能を分析できる。
