Research Abstract

大迫コホート研究では、前年度の検診で収集した高血圧性臓器障害に関する検査結果からデータベースの更新を行なった。家庭血圧と自由行動下血圧の高血圧性臓器障害(無症候性脳血管障害・頸動脈病変)との関連を比較検討したところ、自由行動下血圧の各時間帯における血圧・および家庭血圧のうち、夜間血圧がもっとも強く無症候性脳血管障害と関連しており、一方、家庭血圧が頸動脈病変と密接に関連していた。
また大迫研究の一環として毎年行われる家庭血圧測定事業時に、セルフメディケーションに関する調査項目を含むアンケートの配布・回収を実施し、257名分回収されている。
現在全国の院外処方箋薬局に郵送したアンケート調査用紙は、168施設において、8602人分回収されている。そこから、年齢不明または20歳未満(109人)、性別不明(58人)、一般用医薬品・サプリメントについての質問事項に回答なし(2865人)の計3032人を除外した5570人(平均年齢53.6±17.0歳)のうち、一般用医薬品・サプリメントの使用経験のある者は2945名(52.9%)であった。
産科コホート研究では、対象者となる妊婦の登録を参加施設において連続的に行った。妊娠期間中の家庭血圧測定・脈波伝播速度測定・採血・尿検査・児の出生児調査、産後の家庭血圧測定を行い、データーベース化した。本コホートにおいて、妊娠・出産を経験した母体に郵送したアンケート調査用紙は、現在58人分(平均年齢32歳)回収されている。
