中国の酸性大気汚染物質モニタリングに適する簡易測定器の開発と評価

Research Abstract

1995〜1996年度の国際共同研究により開発試作したトリエタノールアミン(TEA)吸収法に基づいたYanagisawa方式SO_2(SOx)パッシブサンプラーの中国都市部への提要・機能など特性評価を行う.パッシブサンプラーの内部構造は、拡散フィルター層と吸収濾紙層からなり、大気中SO_2ガスの拡散フィルター層での分子拡散を利用して風の影響を排除でき、吸収濾紙層でSO_2をサンプリングし、固相抽出法により吸光光度測定をする.また、吸収濾紙のリサイクル使用により低価格化を念頭に置き、中国で実用化を促進すべきパッシブサンプラーを1つに絞り込み、北京大学環境科学研究所または中国各地での現地摘要試験を企画し、風洞実験により最適使用条件を実験的に見いだし、中国側と連絡調整を行う.具体的には、北京周辺、瀋陽周辺、上海周辺、重慶・武漢周辺、大連周辺の5箇所程度を考えている.そして、最適なSOxパッシブサンプラーを選び、既存のNOx(NO2)パッシブサンプラーと組み合わせて試験的にデータの収集・集積を実施中である.
実際の調査では、現地適合性を十分評価し、中国の技術レベルに合った仕様で普及を図ることが重要である.2年間の国際共同研究に引き継ぎ、ハーバード大学のSpengler教授や創始者であるYanagisawa准教授らの協力を得て3年間計画で実施し、早期かつ安価にSOx、NOx観測網の整備を目的に、将来の環境保全対策上有益な酸性大気汚染物質関連の測定データの蓄積と解析評価を目指して現地調査研究を展開する.
