Research Abstract |
(1) 7 simposiums had been held. (2) Research results of each investigator were concluded. (3) Research results of each group (A01 : basic research on superfine synthesis of saccharide chain ; A02 : aggregate of saccharide chain ; A03 : control of biomolecules by saccharide chain ; A04 : control of cell functions by cognitive multidimensional glyco-chain) were concluded. (4) Results of all the researchs includins cooperative researchs were concluded to produce a booklet written in English (316 pages). (5) Research results were published (946 original papers, 187 reviews, more than 1000 oral presentations, 121 books). (6) The book of "Design of Glyco-Molecules and Their Biological Functions" was edited.
