Research Abstract	DPPC脂質二重層膜における熱膨張の異方性、つまり温度の上昇とともに膜平面方向には膜は膨張するが、膜厚方向にはほとんど膨張せずむしろ収縮する傾向にあるということを分子動力学計算から再現し、その分子論について検討を行った。一方、単純拡散による水分子の直接透過に関しては、DMPC脂質膜を横切る自由エネルギープロフィールの計算を継続実施し、特に得られた結果の統計制に関して検討を進めた。さらに、グラミシジンAなどイオンチャンネルを含む脂質膜系に対するイオン透過の長時間分子動力学計算を行うために、汎用並列演算プログラムを作成してきた。これは、生体系のシミュレーションに関わるほとんど全ての分子を取り扱うことができ、特に膜系で重要となる静水圧の実現のためにNPTアンサンブルでの計算を可能としたものである。また、長時間計算を可能とすべく、マルチタイムステップ法の組込みが容易であるRESPA法を採用しており、さらには、粒子分割法による分散メモリー型並列計算も可能となる。
