Research Abstract |
Family Day Care that are widely used in various countries of the West, after being established in our country 1950 in Kyoto, has been recognized as a Day Care Center system. It's been introduced asan original autonomous system throughout the separate localities of Japan, based on the Kantou & Kinki region. By the later half of the 1990's, there was an increase of children waiting to enter the Day Care Centers. In particular, together with the increase of 0-2 year old waiting to enter the Day Care Centers, people have recognized the existence of the Family Day Care. Family Day Care have been established and maintained as an individual, original system ; the differences between the autonomous groups, such as the system's name and content, the participation of the autonomous groups and so on, have been remarkably documented. In particular, in regards to * supervision and aid of the Day Care employees, there are autonomous groups in which directors are not installed ; and even in those where there are directors, there are a few autonomous groups that completely participate in the administration and supervision. Also, when examining the training system for the improvement the skills of the Day Care employees, there are very few autonomous groups that administer set vacations, training schedules. It would be difficult to say that overall generalmaintenance is being conducted.
