Research Abstract |
Handling of dental cement is one of the most important properties for application for dental clinical therapy. We have investigated the influence of various additive agents on the handling of bio-compatible cement. Current year, we investigated about correlation between distribution of the particle diameter of cement powder and handling properties. First, the distribution of the particle diameter of conventional dental luting cement, and the degree of viscosity of cement and the relation of handling properties were investigated. Consequently, the distribution of particle diameter of cement powder is to which influencing greatly became not only cement handling properties but film thickness clear. Moreover, it was suggested as a result of SEM observation that the form of a cement powder particle also affects handling.
