| Research Abstract |
シクロペンタジエノンならびにシクロヘキサジエノンのそれぞれのキラル等価体として機能するシクロペンテンバックグラウンドを持つ従来開発した2種の素子に加え、1,3-ジオキソランバックグラウンドを持つ新たなシクロペンタジエノン等価素子を開発した.さらに従来のシクロペンタジエノン等価キラル合成素子に関しては従来の酵素法に換わる化学的触媒法を適用する分割手法を確立した.本手法は特にα-位置換誘導体の分割にすぐれていることを見い出した.
この間,これらの合成素子の持つ本質的なコンベックス面選択性の反映下にカラバル豆アルカロイド(-)-physostigmineおよび(-)-physovenine, 海洋産ノルモルフィナンアルカロイド(-)-antirhine, トリキナン型セスキテルペン(+)-arnicenone, モノテルペン(-)-iridolactoneおよび(+)-pedicularis-lactone, 8種のaldohexoseのエナンチオかつジアステレオ制御合成を達成し,獲得したキラル合成素子の機能性をさらに開発することが出来た.
