is learned in foundations of baccalaureate nursing education ; 4) nursing of high-risk neonates is learned in post, graduate schools' and clinical practice . Based upon these points, we clearly define a philosophy in neonatal nursing education objectives, competencies, conceptual frameworks of curriculum and curriculum design and draw up the tentative joint model of foundations of baccalaureate nursing education and education of nurse specialist. The policy is to be alternated between ,school and clinical practice, and direct, to foundations of baccalaureate nursing education → practical and application level → education of nurse specialist creative and develop mental level. And the final goal of neonatal nursing education was leached to educate neonatal nurse specialists to be able to meet the needs of the times' in cur society. In future, we thought to use this tentative model in the actual condition of neonatal nursing education then we have to evaluate and identify this model as to whether we can use it, effectively or not, and finally we should improve it.
