| Research Abstract |
Firstly, we collected ^<***>catalogues and some historical materials. The database of the catalogues and reference guide of the historical materials are on our web site (http : //kins.grips.ac.jp). They include recent discoveries we successfully found during our research trips.
Secondly, we held 14 workshops on the data base technicality and historical records information. We made oral records of the workshops and wrote a report paper that contains the records. The paper will be sent to some 300 libraries over Japan. The records are also on our web site.
Thirdly, we enriched our web site with new information collected through our activities.
We are satisfied with the result in the short term of two years. We now have concrete methods and established plans. Still, it is necessary to continue our activity till the information center is established. The database should be revised : the reference guide should be made when we find the new materials ; the web site should be updated : the academic community we now have should be enlarged. We made a definite first step. We have to stay working on.
