Research Abstract |
This research will aim at collection of the basic historical legal records of early modern Ryukyu kingdom (1609-1879). Furthermore, many following historical legal records were collected and reprinted and it processed as text data 1 : "Syokusei Hiran" (Office-organization of Shuri government) is the historical records containing the various information about silver of trade capital, a shipping relation, the Ryukyu hall in Kagoshima, brown sugar, etc. 2 : "Syuri Ouf Situmu Kiteisyo" (Organization the Shuri consultation place work regulation document) is the newly found-out historical records. 3 : "Syuri Ouf Houseinobu" (The Shuri method system) is copied down into the Meiji first year, the age width of a statute will reach from 1735 in 1877. They are a classification and the collection of single line statutes by which was carried out at the method of succession to a family, a road, a port, a bank, etc. 4 : "Oose Watasi Utusi" (The document which copied the collection of statutes governmental collection of statutes) is a collection of single line statutes which has the age width from the 1713 to 1826, and consists of all 107 documents.
