Research Abstract	励起子分子とスピン状態希薄磁性半導体量子井戸で実現する励起子分子状態の強磁場下での挙動を調べた。その結果、交換相互作用によって生じた内部巨大磁場によりスピン一重項励起子分子が不安定になること、また、スピン3重項励起子分子の安定な存在の可能性を示した。この系での励起子分子、荷電励起子(電子+励起子)の結合エネルギーの理論計算を行い、ヘテロ界面擾乱を取り入れた理論と実験値との一致を見出した。希薄磁性半導体量子井戸での励起子磁気ポーラロンの研究希薄磁性半導体非対称量子構造での磁気光学効果を説明するのにモデル計算を行った。その結果界面磁化の特異性、磁性非磁性局在をとりいれた励起子磁気ポーラロンの理論計算と実験結果の比較から、非対称励起子磁気ポーラロン局在の様相を明らかにし、スピン交換により引き起こされた励起子分岐の存在を明らかにし、その局在エネルギーや量子空間シフト等の定量評価を行った。希薄磁性量子井戸での高圧磁気光学効果希薄磁性半導体量子井戸界面での数原子層の磁化をδ型局在ポテンシャルモデルで表し、これを高圧下の磁気光学ゼーマン分裂の結果に適用することにより、量子井戸へテロ界面の特異な磁化抽出に成功した。ヘテロ界面磁化の特異性とそこでの交換相互作用の圧力による増大を示した。希薄磁性2次元電子磁気光学希薄磁性半導体量子井戸で実現できた高移動度の2次元電子ガスでの磁気発光と吸収測定から、高密度電子状態での荷電励起子に関するスピン選択性の強い振るまいを明らかにした。ランダウ準位化にともなう電子充填率が関与した多体現象とスピンと電荷更に励起子との関連を明確にした。
