Research Abstract	本年度は5種類の流産マウスモデルに関して、流産の誘起と子宮NK細胞との相関について検討した。(1)MHC発現の相違による自然流産モデルでは子宮NK細胞の動態に変化はなかった。(2)日本産野生マウスでは初回の妊娠では流産が誘起されなかったが、2回目で誘起される系が見つかり、この系では子宮NK細胞が満期まで存在した。通常では満期に消失する。(3)B6マウスへのIL-2投与では子宮NK細胞の動態に変化はなかった。(4)子宮NK細胞欠損マウスTgE26では妊娠10-14日にかけて段階的に流産が誘起された。間膜腺と基底脱落膜内のラセン動脈の分岐が不完全で、血管内皮の肥厚が見られたことから、局所での高血圧が起こったためであると考えられた。(5)IL-2Rβ鎖過剰発現遺伝子改変マウス(Tg2Rβ)では胎盤形成期に流産が誘発された。これはIL-2Rβ鎖の過剰発現により、IL-15が子宮NK細胞の細胞傷害性を増強させた可能性が示唆された。本年度検討したモデルの結果から、TgE26とTg2Rβは流産モデルとして有効であることが示唆されたが、まったく異なる様相を示したので、次年度以降これらのマウスから子宮NK細胞を単離して機能アッセイを行う予定である。
