Research Abstract |
In this research, I examined it about the way of the provide meals in the day nursery where adopted a traditional food culture. I carried out the questionnaire survey the fostering person of 522 gardens who is doing an open place in the Keitiku area, Tikuhou area, Fukuoka area, Thikugo area of Fukuoka Pref to a nursery governess. The survey item made with the festival and fostering activity of the relation, area of the kitchen garden activity and kindergarten pupil in the relation, fostering activities of the contents kindergarten pupil of the traditional home country food that are adopted in the contents, provide meals of the event food that are adopted in the relation, provide meals of the season and year description event and kindergarten pupil that are tackling in the fostering activity. At the same time, I carried out even the actual condition survey of a fundamental life custom and also eating habits custom that, to obtain such foundation data that are going to hand down a traditional food culture to children to, the object to 6563 infants of Keitiku area and Tikuhou areas. In Japan, the traditional food culture is sudden in the home I pass "the taste of the mother" and have handed down it to children. From this, it is conceivable as importance that the function like that gives it in a day nursery, without staying only at the home. We are expected that the children come to be able to acquire the area nature and the feelings about seasons that tended to be slighted heretofore, by adopting traditional home country food to provide meals. It was suggested that it is connected to that the environment make, that the children are related to feelings about seasons rich traditional home country food from the survey in this time, fosters healthy heart and body directly.
