Research Abstract

ファジィパターン認識システムの体系化を行い,ファジィパターン認識システムの統一的な学習パラダイムを開発することを目的とし,平成13年度は以下の開発を行なった.
1.種々の形状を持つ多次元メンバーシップ関数の評価
多次元入力空間で入力軸に平行な超四角錐(超四角錐台),超多角錐(超多角錐台),釣鐘状の形状のメンバーシップ関数を開発し,メンバーシップ関数の形状の差により,クラス間の境界にどのような差が生じるか理論的に解析するとともにコンピュータソフトを開発して評価した.
2.ファジィパターン認識システムの学習パラダイムの開発
メンバーシップ関数の傾きおよび入力変数をパラメータとして認識率の変化する点を解析的に求め,認識率が最大になる傾きの区間および入力変数の位置の区間を求め,それらの区間内にメンバーシップ関数の傾きおよび位置を調整することにより,認識率を直接的に最大化する学習方式を開発し,種々のデータで評価した.
3.超多面体領域を持つファジィパターン認識システムの開発
一つの教師データから出発して新たな教師データがすでに生成された凸超多面体の外部にあるときに,凸超多面体を修正してゆくことにより,各クラスの教師データの存在領域を凸超多面体で近似する手法を開発した.さらに超多面体に対して超多角錐のメンバーシップ関数を定義して,ファジィパターン認識を行う手法を開発して,種々のデータで評価した.
4.各種ファジィパターン認識システムの性能評価
開発した各種のファジィパターン認識システムおよび従来のパターン認識システムの学習時間,汎化能力を比較して,開発したシステムの優位性を明らかにした.
