Research Abstract |
In this project, we have obtained very important results for design of linear and nonlinear robust controls. Namely, (i) New linear matrix inequality (LMI) based optimization formulation for multi-criterion robust filtering. (ii) New LMI characterizations for H_2 norm and H_∞ norm for 2-D systems. Based on them, new LMI formulations for robust filtering for 2-D systems are given (iii) New development for H_2 and H_∞ controls of nonlinear parameter-varying systems (NPV) (iv) New design for adaptive controls for plants with nonlinear parameterizations.
