| Research Abstract |
Regarding assesment after implementation of traffic program in the tourist destination, following findings are gat.
1.Its Concepts and frameworks are set up.
2.Their effect inacness are presented through the case-study of Chugushidistrict in Nikko city.
3.Survey method to count tourist's number and trips are indispensable to estimate effects of the program. It is composed of two methods. One is to estimate the toul number of visitors and total trips on the survey day and the other is to estemate them thoughout the year.
