Research Abstract |
I have investigated in a development of a novel monoclonal antibody conjugated with Polyethylene glycol (PEG) and applied in a navigation surgery using the radiolabeled PEG-monoclonal antibody. In animal experiment using rabbit, the PEG-monoclonal antibody accumulated in various regional lymph nodes surrounding the stomach. This result indicates that PEG-monoclonal antibody can be promising for navigation surgery for gastric cancer
