Research Abstract

神経伝達物質セロトニンが呼吸関連活動に及ぼす影響をみる臨床研究の一環で派生した、セロトニン1Aレセプターアゴニストタンドスピロンが術前不安を軽減することを示した仕事はThe anxiolytic effects of 5-Hydroxytryptamine-1A agonist tandospirone before otolaryngologic surgery.というタイトルで平成13年10月アメリカ・ニューオリンズで開催されたアメリカ麻酔科学会にて発表し、その後、雑誌Anesthesia and Analgesia 11月号に掲載された。さらに、これら一環の仕事としてセロトニン1Aレセプターアゴニストタンドスピロンが術後嘔吐に及ぼす影響についても、Prevention of nausea and vomiting with 5-Hydroxytryptamine-1A receptor agonist tandospirone following tympanoplasty under general anesthesiaというタイトルで平成14年3月にアメリカ・サンデイエゴで開催される国際麻酔研究学会にて発表する。
さらに、神経伝達物質GABAとしゃっくりとの関係については平成13年5月アメリカ・サンフランシスコで開催されたアメリカ胸部疾患学会にてBaclofen inhibits hiccups by central action in cats.というタイトルで発表し、平成14年1月号の呼吸と循環にて総説GABAとしゃっくりとしてまとめた。
