| Research Abstract |
前年度までに調製したエキスの腫瘍細胞(MK-1,HeLa, B16F10)に対する増殖抑制効果検定を続行するとともに、活性成分の分画、単離同定、活性検定を行った。
1.マツカゼソウ全草より7種のクマリン、3種類のクマリン二量体、2種類のアクリドン型アルカロイドを単離し、同定、構造決定を行った。2種のアクリドンアルカロイドのうち1,3-dihydroxy-4-(3,4-epoxy-2-hydroxy-3-hydroxymethyl-butyl)-N-methylacri-doneはHeLa、MK-1、B16F10細胞に対してGI50;0.056、0.056、1.76μMと非常に強い活性を示した。2.Lippia canescens地上部より4種類のphenylethanoid配糖体(acteo-side, isoacteoside, arenarioside, leucosceptoside)、3種類のフラボン(desmethoxycentau-reidin, eupafolin, 6-hydroxyluteolin)を単離同定した。phenylethanoid配糖体は3種の腫瘍細胞に対してGI50 10〜50μMの活性を示し、フラボンではdesmethoxycentaureidin, eupafolinがHeLa細胞に対して選択的な活性(GI50:9,6μM)を示した。3.Inula helenium根より得られた7種のセスキテルペン4β,5α-epoxy-1(10),11(13)-germacradiene-8,12-olide、igalane、alantolactone, isolalantolactone,11α,13-dihydroalanto lactone,11α,13-dihydro-isoalantolactone,5α-epoxyalantolactoneの腫瘍細胞増殖抑制作用を検定した。そのうち、igalane、5α-epoxyalantolactone、alantolactoneはMK-1,HeLa, B16F10細胞に対してGI50:7,7-13,4μMと強い活性を示し、4β,5α-epoxy-1(10),11(13)-germacradien-8,12-olideはGI50:12-33μMの活性をしめした。
