Research Abstract |
In this research, we have obtained the following results. (1) Micro flow system ICs which are used for measurements of bio-chemical contents. Micro 3-D flow cell was designed and prototype was fabricated. (2) Development of ultrasonic energy transmission system for implanted device. This system could operate implanted temperature monitor (0.19mW). (3) ECG telemetry system in which transmitter has diagnostic function. In the normal cases only heart rates are transmitted. On the other hands, all abnormal ECG waveforms are fully transmitted.
