Research Abstract	研究実績は以下の通り. 1.グラフ構造データマイニング手法を並列探索化し,重要なパターンの探索漏れを減少させ,共通医療データへ適用した.データの前処理,マイニング,専門家による結果の評価のスパイラルサイクルを4回繰り返し,医師が興味を示す知識を発掘した. 2.属性構築型グラフ構造データ分類手法を小規模の人工データに適用し,正しく機能することを確認した. 3.多頻度部分グラフ抽出手法の探索空間の枝刈りの性能を向上させ高速化し,幅広いデータを実用的な計算時間内で処理できるようにした.さらに,データの前処理で3次元構造解析を行なう手法を提案した. 4.規則やデータの階層構造を視覚化し,ユーザがマイニングプロセスに積極的に関与し必要なモデルを選択できるマイニング環境を改良し,これを用いて,時系列データを抽象化する手法で肝炎データを解析した. 5.対称性と反射律のみを許す許容ラフ集合モデル代わる,類似性関係を導入した新しいラフ集合モデルを提案した. 6.遺伝子解析技術をベースにした時系列解析手法を開発し,従来のものより高い精度を持つ需要予測モデルを構築することに成功した.
