Research Abstract	・観測データのカオス性を検証するため、リヤプノフ指数の推定法を開発し,推定量の漸近的一致性を証明した. ・乳児の甲状腺、及び免疫機能に与える,ダイオキシン類,5種類の農薬,及びPCBの,複合的リスクを評価する方法論を開発した。・インビトロ毒性試験において,マウスリンフォーマ試験と細胞形質転換試験におけるデータ解析法を開発した. ・高次元データの分析に有効に機能する動径基底関数ネットワークに基づく識別・判別手法を開発した. ・細胞の遺伝的不安定仮説に基づき,放射線発ガンの数理モデルを開発した.本モデルを使用することにより,発ガンの罹患率に比べて変異発生率が異常に低いことがしめされた. ・ダイオキシン類の血中濃度データに関して,薬物の体内蓄積濃度を体内への取り込み量と排出量で表した薬物動態理論を一般化した混合効果モデルを開発した. ・cDNAマイクロアレイを使った遺伝子発現データの数理モデルの開発を行い,それにもとづく有効なデータの補正方法を提案した(2件の特許出願手続き準備中). ・進化速度確率変動モデルを複数遺伝子モデルに拡張し,遺伝子間の共進化を検出する手法を提案した. ・純系親の作成の困難な他殖性生物の遺伝子マッピングのために,linkage phaseの不確実性を考慮したQTL解析手法とアルゴリズムの開発と実用化を行った. ・進化速度確率変動モデルを、アミノ酸置換を伴わない同義置換およびアミノ酸置換を伴う非同義置換の2変量モデルに拡張し,これらの間の相関構造を測る指標を開発した. ・周辺構造モデルで用いる重みを修正することで,いわゆるSMRをノンパラメトリックに推定できることをしめした.さらに,より一般的な周辺構造モデルと標準化との関係を明らかにした.
