Research Abstract |
IN THIS PROJECT WE RESEARCHED ON EDUCATIONAL REFORMS OF THREE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. THIS RESEARCH SUGGESTS THREE TYPES OF EDUCATIONAL REFORM AS FOLLOWS. (1)A REFORM OF PARTNERSHIP ; IN CASE OF KOCHI (2)A REFORM OF NEW PUBLIC MANAGEMENT ; IN CASE OF TOKYO (3)A REFORM OF CITY MANAGEMENT AUTONOMY ; IN CASE OF INUYAMA ONE OF THE POINTS IN EDUCATIONAL REFORM IS TO ENHANCE LEGITIMACY OF PUBLIC SCHOOL SYSTEM UNDER DECENTRALIZATION.
