| Research Abstract |
1.HPV16のDNAが子宮頚部から検出される例について、子宮頚部病変とHPV16に対する中和活性をもつ抗体の有無で検討を行った。子宮頚部に病理学的にCINを認めない例では、85.7%に中和抗体を血清中に検出できたが、浸潤癌を有する例では中和抗体を持つ例は存在しなかった。またCINI症例では、中和抗体を持つ例が有意に消退しやすい傾向を認め、中和抗体が、CINの持続、進展に関連している可能性が示唆された。
2.141例のCIN症例群と、109例のCINを持たない対照群について、HPVの4型16、52、58、6に対するIgG抗体を測定した。HPV6に対する抗体は、CIN群と対照群で保持率に差を認めなかったが、他の3型については有意差をもってCIN群で保持率が高かった。複数の型に対する抗体をもつ例は、単独の型に対する抗体をもつ例より有意にCIN群に多く、HPVの一つの型に対して抗体を有しても、他の型の感染や、それに引き続くCIN発生を抑制し得ないのではないかと考えられた。
3.57名のHPV16陽性の子宮頸がん患者において、E6塩基配列のvariationとHLA Class II allelesを検討した。E6 prototypeではDRB1*1501とDQB1*0602、D25E(アジア型)ではDRB1*1502、L83V(ヨーロッパ型)ではDQB1*03032が有意に高頻度であった。特定のE6 variantとHLA Class IIの関係が子宮頸がん発生に関与していることを示している。
