Research Abstract |
Recently, the environmental damage such as air pollution and water pollution becomes a serious problem. Especially, dioxin, which generated from waste disposal incinerator was strong poison gas. Therefore, the gas generation controlling system have to considered as soon as possible. In this report, new automatic waste combustion disposal system has been developed using computer controlled multiplexer. This waste combustion disposal system was controlled by personal computer with "AR environment control program". The program was prepared using "Visual Basic", based from previous data at the incinerator which was handwritten data note. The experimental results suggest as follows. 1)CO_2 density, which correlate dioxin density, is strongly related to the wall temperature at the incinerator. 2)CO_2 density can be suppressed at the incinerator wall temperature of >850℃. 3)CO_2 density fluctuate at the time of burning start and stop the incinerator. These results may be due to (1)The temperature of incinerator wall is not high enough to control dioxin generation, (2) When the burning start, air (oxygen) density in the incinerator is not supply enough to burn waste, (3) Space of the incinerator is not large enough to well burning of the waste. These results suggest that dioxin generation can be controlled at the incinerator wall temperature of >850℃, when burning start and stop time of the incinerator using automatic waste combustion disposal system with "AR environment control program".
