Research Abstract |
By the development of confocal microscope with the resolution in depth direction, the biological response in intracellular local field is clarified, and it is reported in great numbers. However, it is disadvantageous to be difficult to obtain information of whole intracellular field. By using external synchronization control equipment newly produced with the Nipkow confocal microscope, the system which could be observed for the first time real-time and three-dimensional was produced experimentally. Using this system, we have used observed that thrombocyte. morphological changes and Ca2+ propagation in myocardial cells.
