Research Abstract |
In this study, International Legal Consciousness Survey Data in Japan, China, and USA are examined : 1) whether factor analytical structure of F-scale items are the same or not in the different country, 2) whether IRT scaling method are applicable to this data or not, and, 3) DIF analysis are applied to Japan and USA data. The results show that : 1) Factor analytical structures are different between Chana and Japan/USA, 2) IRT scales are successfully established in Japan and USA data, 3) DIF are detected in almost items in F-scale between Japan and USA.
