Research Abstract	平成14年度は,下記の項目について研究を行った. (1)金型プレート用工程設計システムの開発金型用のプレート部品を対象とする工程設計システムを開発した.このシステムは,2次元CADデータを入力として,その穴加工に必要な加工法,工具,加工条件を選択するともに,工具経路の生成を行うものである.このシステムにより,CADデータから直接的にNCデータを作成することが可能である. (2)スケジューリングシステムの開発工程設計で得られた加工情報に基づいて,製品の加工スケジュールを設計するシステムの開発を行った.すなわち,加工対象製品に含まれる加工フィーチャの情報に基づいて,適切な加工フィーチャの加工順序と使用加工設備のシーケンスを決定する手法を開発した。このシステムを用いることで,使用加工設備の生産スケジュールを考慮した上で,最も適切な加工順序を加工設備のシーケンスを求めることが可能である. (3)開発したシステムの評価複数の具体的な部品に対して,上記のシステムを適用し,適切な加工工程および生産スケジュールを作成することが可能であることを確認した. 以上の結果,ホロニック生産システムのような自律分散型の制御構造を持つ生産システムにおける工程設計および生産スケジューリングを統合化するために基本的方法論を間発することができたと考える.
