Research Abstract |
This research has aimed what the construction claim letter between subjects related to construction in an overseas building project collects, analyzes, and the claim management does. (1)Generation of construction claim and theoretical examination concerning the solution mechanism; The type of an construction claim, the cause, and the feature were chiefly arranged from the past research on an overseas construction claim. The examination of the contract clause etc. which became original of the exchange of the complaint letter was added. (2)Realities analysis of construction claim letter in overseas building project; The mechanism of the risk assignment between the feature of the claim management and each subject was systematically arranged from the relation to the building project organization based on the realities analysis result of the claim letter of a typical overseas building project. (3)Evaluation of complaint management by those who experience overseas business; Hearing in foreign countries to those who experienced the construction claim management business was investigated, and the effect of the complaint management and the limit were examined. The development possibility of the accumulated complaint management technology in Japan was arranged. (6)Conclusion; Various orders, contracts, and the procurement methods are being adopted in Japan. The problem of the construction claim management of a Japanese type to which the appropriate role assignment relations between related of each subjects which affected an building project were required was arranged.
