| Research Abstract |
ミオシン注射による自己免疫性心筋炎のモデルラットにインターロイキン10(IL-10)を遺伝子導入し、死亡率と心筋炎の改善がみられた(Circulation.2001;104:1098-1100.に報告)。この心筋炎後の拡張型心筋症様モデルラットにアンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬のキナプリルを投与後、心機能の改善・線維化の抑制・各種遺伝子発現の変化が見られた(J Cardiobascul Pharmacol.2001;38:S51-S54.)。一方、ベータ遮断薬のビソプロロールの投与では、心機能改善が見られなかったが生存率が上がり抗不整脈作用によるものと思われた。(J Cardiobascul Pharmacol.2001;38:S55-S58.)。
ヒトCD36欠損症では心筋脂肪酸代謝のイメージング剤であるBMIPPが心筋に集積せず、遺伝子異常が見られた(Exp Hematology.29;2001:1194-4200.,J Med Geneticus.2002.in press)。
