Research Abstract |
Ultrathin-Hydroxyapatite-coated (HA) and pure titaniumsimple (Ti) implantswere filied up in the jawbone of dogs, and a newly liveprocess and a change of the bone fusion form in and near surfaces part of implant were timelyobserved using the organization specimen and the micro-CT three-dimensional image. Moreover,the difference management software of the trial production was used to analyze a change of bone structure of theclinicalcase. After fillingimplant, itwas relatedfrom3weeks to24weeksduringtheanimal experiment,and for 1 year in the clinical cases. As for thenewly livebone addition in the case, not only the surface of the mother floor bone of implant floor upward 1/2 but also the surface of aHA filmwas recognized as the representative for example of amicroscopic examinationwith HAafter threeweeks. 1/2 betweenHA and Ti. As the case after 5 weeks, the bone space of implant floor upward 1/2 was closed with HA by perfection by the newly raw bone added on the surfaceof themother floor bone. On theother hand, this spacewasn't satisfiedwithTi in thenewly rawbone, and fibro-connecting tissue lay. Though it was apprehensive for the occurrence of artifact after three weeks, a boundary with the bone and implant body could be caught with a representative example of themicro-CTviews from all angles. Though abone loss was admitted in the bone space of implant floor upward 1/2 onboth implant, the tendencywas expressedwithTi. The formationof the trabecular patternwas recognized in the marrow cavity with HA, and theywere connected to cortical bone. On the other hand, it was not in the surroundings of Ti implant. In clinical cases, the pixel number corresponding to the bone change area was counted using a trial software of the difference management. A distinction between bone absorption and remodeling was difficult, but quantitatively could specify the bone change area. Less
